Coworkers will empathize with you. A paycheck is a paycheck.

Cons

Management is not only inexperienced and incompetent but also manipulative. They will knowing lie to your face if they think it benefits their goals. There's a ceiling to how far your career will go here, just ask where all the pre series B employees are.
