Pros
Zeamster is continually growing, which is always great to hear about the company you work for. The culture here is amazing. Everyone is approachable and a team player, including the CEO. Open communication and feedback is encouraged on a weekly basis through scheduled meetings. Despite being new to the industry, getting up to speed was fairly painless because of the accountability set in place. If I had questions, whoever had the answers was readily available to guide me along the correct path. Zeamster really values their employees as investments, and it shows in the way they operate on a daily basis! Additionally, I am passionate about continual learning in the workplace. Zeamster provides countless opportunities to expand your knowledge base and apply it to your work.
