The company culture is severely toxic, largely stemming from the actions of the acting CEO. This manifests as exaggerated expectations and unrealistic timelines, a complete absence of resource management, and a pervasive lack of appreciation for employees. A strong culture of blame is prevalent, often accompanied by the humiliation of employees in front of their colleagues. Consequently, individuals are consistently overloaded with tasks and receive no support. The widespread frustration among the workforce has resulted in a significant increase in sick leave and a high rate of employee turnover.
