The work environment presented significant challenges. Leadership often appeared inexperienced, and effective support for employees was lacking. Disrespectful behavior, including shouting, was tolerated and encouraged, which negatively impacted the overall atmosphere. Morale was consistently low, due to micromanagement, favoritism, and a lack of constructive feedback. Turnover was high, with many employees leaving or being let go without clear justification. The company would benefit from stronger leadership, a respectful culture, and transparent practices.

The management at Zeligate lacks clear direction and vision for the product, and they expect employees to work long hours for less pay. The CTO/Founder lies to investors about the product, expecting the engineering team to accept this behaviour. Very bad culture.
