Goes through a completely new wave of employees every 365 days due to toxic work environment and aimless direction. "Frat culture" where you're either on the "cool kids" or "uncool kids." Similar culture to Robert California's list episode from The Office.

Ceo screams at employees with the intention of humiliating them in front of their peers. Extremely high turnover rate (90%). Mismanaged and unorganized. Not a professional work environment. No HR because of the CEO. Most toxic experience of my professional career.
