      Poor environment and abusive leader

      Pros

      No actual pros. The salary was basic and the hours were very strict.

      Cons

      The Boss was abusive, rude and micro-managed everything. No matter how long you've been working in that company, the owner needs to know everything you are doing every second of the day. They didn't want you doing overtime but you couldn't leave before 5pm even if you entered at 8am. They did not care about your time at all.

      Long hours with only 30 mins

      Cons

      Terrible and stressful workplace. No professional training. Favoritism in some specific cultures. They talked behind your back. The President liked to yell and insult several people with curse words in front of other employees. This company really needs to change the new managers. Worst place I ever worked in my whole life. Very bad managers.
