1. Learnt lot of new technologies , also I became a full stack engineer now. while joining I know only angularjs and flex. Now I have hands on experience in Angular 8, Reactjs , Vue, Nuxt , Node , Express, html, scss, css3 etc. Most of the time I said its new to me , I haven't worked from the scratch before. but the management have the trust in me and motivated me that you can do it and supported me always. 2. Given freedom and power to enforce standards and best practices. Management trust us. 3. Job security - working here for 2.5 year with 12+ years of experience so hope people can understand. 4. No Layoff until you perform bad , chance for improvement is also given. 5. For all the project I worked I give commitments and date of delivery and we adhere to it. 6. Work life balance - We give commitment so we take responsibility to complete it on time. Rarely I have worked latenights. 7. Best performers are rewarded and recognized on monthly basis. 8. Yearly once we go out for team outing to build the rapport.
