      Comparatively high salary for fresh graduates Providing housing for employees, reimbursing transport and living expenses

      Cons

      There is no opportunity for career development within a Chinese office. The promotion is a miracle after 3-5 years of doing a monotonous job Waste of time for young and ambitious individuals

      Good team. Everyone feels welcome. A lot of independence on your duties, not much pressure for your everyday work. Learning diferent strategies for different portfolios.

      Cons

      Very low payment. Not much opportunities to grow. Very little education of co-workers so they are disrespectful. Not very clean office building.
