a company more interested in keeping up a good image than actually facing it's problems
Pros
The team spirit is good and people help each other and the company keeps up a good image in the german proptech market.
Cons
It feels to me that many reviews on almost any platforms are at least suspicious. In contrary to what it seems and the management proclaimes there is not much transparency when it comes to criticism and failures. Any of my attempts to alter/pivot an idea or question the upper management was kept under wraps. The management installed so called principles like Transparency but does not follow them what leads to a toxic culture of obedience and apathy. Achievements are almost non-existent because unreachable goals are defined by the upper management and were never reached by anyone what led to demotivation across the whole company
