The training is great and can be taken anywhere. The MD is nice.
Cons
The wrong people are applauded for having "pipeline" when the people who actually make placements are overlooked as they don't click with the management. Some of the management micro-manage and pick faults in trivial things which make the job untenable. The base salaries are notoriously low.
