      When it get busy, It gets really busy. No Such things as Work Life Balance When it gets really busy. Very Limit Career Growth If you don't speak Chinese. Disconnection between different departments.

      Some Really Good People

      Pros

      CEO/President of the company is really awesome and intelligent, excellent leadership. Some employees are wonderful to work with and very hard working people. They offer free snacks and great company retreats.

      Cons

      Some higher management/manager level employees can be difficult to work with and not the kindest or the most sincere people you would hope to meet.
