The founder, Keith Roberts, cares deeply about the message of the company Good people on the team - everyone who is there wants to be there Great quality of work.
Cons
Inconsistent leadership -- sometimes it appeared that the founder/president and the CEO had different ideas about where the agency was going. That appears to be resolved based on the outlook shared on their current website.

-Endless opportunities for growth -Open communication across the entire team -Everyone is considered family -The Creative Director and CEO, Keith and Caitlyn, have built a seamless process -Spoiled with free food and unlimited vacation -Employees are extremely supported in their roles and are allotted a Continued Education stipend for conferences, workshops, certifications, etc.
Cons
No cons other than it was extremely difficult for me to leave!
