      They bring a lot of resources to learn and multiple clients with which acquire fast experience.

      Cons

      They have very few senior professionals, and they have conversely a lot of juniors that are always assuming more responsibility than they must, without being adequately trained.

      Good environment, good people. And company growing really fast, there you can find a path to become a senior developer, architect or a project manager. Flexible company when you have to go to the doctor or do another personal stuff. They give to you a laptop or mac if you need it.

      Very low salary, it could be better.
