Pros
Lots of learning and opportunities to grow career-wise. Free meals are provided by the company. Employee friendly organisation Supportive Management Appraisals are done on a half yearly basis. Flexibilty at its best Good Culture and a great team to work with.
Cons
There are no cons. Everything is just perfect.

Best place to work and enjoy your work, Employee friendly organization, Good recognition for hardwork on monthly basis, half yearly appraisals growth opportunities for deserving employees Work life balance Good lunch, breakfast, high tea. Quaterly team outing.
Cons
Limited leaves are carry forwarded. but manageable Actually there is no any cons to put here.. You may have to work late/ on weekend sometimes when the company needs but that very much balanced by a comp off or one day paid leave.
