Pros

The only pro would be growth. You can grow but you do not learn much. Making calls for 8 hours a day is not a skill.

Cons

Cold call. That is all you do as a BDR. 150+ per day. There are no skills to be learned except for clicking a number and waiting for someone to pick-up. During the interview, they pump you up and tell you about your day-to-day and its nothing like they explain. Once you walk in your first day its like a whole new world. I world full cold calls and frat bros blowing on horns if you don't stand up during 'power hour.' They call people slackers for not arriving before 7am. Also, you should never ever leave before 5:30PM otherwise you're not 'working hard.'. They have free beer so theyre pretty pumped on that. Thanks for the free beer. It means a lot. Same with corn hole. I couldn't work in a place without corn hole so thank you, ZT. Do not let these people trick you. The music is loud. The managers are entitled. You will learn nothing while being paid 35K.

Pros

- Good technology/product that solves a need in the market. - Startup / Open with no cubicles (this could be bad if you need some sort of personal space to help you think). - Great coworkers/ great people.

Cons

- If you are joining this company elsewhere in other branches other than Boston, then this could be a great place for you to work. - Absolutely no personal space. They crank up the music while various reps are cold calling and trying to establish a connection. The reasoning according to management is that it would show how "fun and enthusiastic we are"... Apparently Enthusiasm has strong correlation with Work Ethics?? - There's no "Work/Life Balance", just Work.

Pros

Lots of good people and open atmosphere with lots of activities like ping pong and cornhole. company provides lunch every friday. If you are willing to work your butt off, you can advance quickly

Cons

Claim hours to be 8-5:30 but it's actually more like 7:30-6. They say employee safety is paramount, but refuse to close the office unless the T is shut down. You are forced to come in early for remainder of the week if this happens. Work-life balance is abysmal. Music is often terrible. Boiler room type of work place.
