Pros
It's a growing company so we can learn a lot. Flexible work timings is a plus. Founders are millennials, so there is a lot of freedom while working. The age-old group meetings and stand-up meetings dont exist here, which is a good thing. They call for meetings very rarely.
Cons
Very fast paced as there are lots of projects in the pipeline. We need some time to catch up and breathe.
