Pros
I used to work in different companies, including banks and crypto startups. Can say for sure that ZeroHub is not a typical crypto-fintech company. Though the team is young (most are under 30), all employees are experienced and self-organized. The dailies are always short and informative. The flat structure allows getting thoughts to management. The initiative is always welcomed — one can easily become the leader of a new project. I'm glad to be part of the team and build projects used by millions of people around the world.
