      Pros

      There will be a lot of challenges, manipulation, unprofessionalism, and nonsense during the work that will help you develop think skin for life. That is the only advantage. You will understand the value of good work culture after working from here.

      Cons

      The company is run by only a few people and decisions are taken without logic. Performance reviews will happen any time of the month and will be conducted with dirty tactics to get the last ounce of energy. You might work more but your co-worker who is good in politics will get more salary. There is no structure in the organization. People in leadership are very arrogant. Ther is no clarity in the actions in the actions of leadership

      Worst Work Life Balance & Toxic Culture

      The only good thing is the technology they are working on

      Cons

      Very bad work life balance, even after working for 10-12 hours a day, expected to work on almost every weekend and the worst thing is their illiterate manager always showing favouritism to his dumb circle employees. I have my colleagues getting fired in name of PIP who were not agreeing to work on Weekends or extended hours as per their wish. Avoid joining under all circumstances until really you don't have an option, really waste of time for experienced people highly toxic work culture.
