This place is chaos from top to bottom. The leadership is toxic, a bullying culture driven from the top, and senior management in the UK is completely out of its depth. Decisions are inconsistent, priorities change daily. Nepotism is obvious. Structure is nonexistent. There’s no proper leadership, no support, no care for employees, just blame, panic, and constant firefighting. Who makes people redundant 3 days before Christmas! The turnover is shocking. People leave fast. That tells you everything you need to know about the environment.
