      Pays all employers on time They have a fairly clear structure They give a chance to young people to get employment

      Cons

      Do not motivate their lecturers They always give policies,procedures,rules etc however they dont tackle the underlying issues Employee relations is a not a component they embrace

      Decent workplace environment. Regular working schedules. Good peers. Reasonably Sized workload in terms of student population. Proximity to main road, Thika Superhighway

      Cons

      MOst of the students are very green and require alot of time, spoonfeeding and extra hours to gain grasp of concepts. So you will have to put in extra man hours to achieve a balance of quality education and skills transfer
