I wish there were enough pros to outweigh the cons but pros are bare minimum..

Working at this place is literally like being trapped in some nvr ending group project with that one dude who has no clue but still insists on running the whole thing. Our “founder” is like 32 who hasn’t built anything his whole life, and somehow thinks he’s the Steve Jobs of apps. Spoiler: he’s not. Every simple decision gets dragged through his personal bottleneck and by the time it comes out, it’s worse than before. Like… how even?? They say too many chefs spoil the food but here it’s just one clown setting the whole kitchen on fire. Each department is frustrated and everyone whispers the same things when he’s not around. What we got promised in interviews? Straight up fairy tales. Reality check: salaries get delayed for months, and when you ask about it, the answer is basically “dont worry you will get it” or “manage your money better.” Excuse me?? That’s not how paychecks work. And the app? LMAO. This thing’s been “in production” for ages. At this point it’s less of a startup and more of a burning circus. Honestly, if you value your mental peace, get out before the tent collapses.
