      - Zevoy has a lot of nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Ignoring employee feedback - Treating employees disrespectfully - Immature management - Providing no direction or targets for employees - Management's main drives are focusing solely on making money and maintaining a positive image in the Finnish banking industry - Struggling to forecast the future - Present micromanagement and lack of trust towards employees, with even the smallest decisions needing approval from the CEO - Poor internal communication, with information only flowing within the inner circle

      Generally, nice employees. Regular parties. Might offer better salary than others

      Poor leadership skills Immature management Pushing people too hard Not trusting the employees Insufficient orientation Micromanagement No basic employment benefits Dynamic means actually chaotic If you are not inner cycle, important information might skip you If someone resigns or is fired, usually it's not informed in the company or even in the team

      MANAGEMENT. Unqualified, too young and no-direction - management. Operational decisions are made by "gut" feeling. Huge pressure from investors, which makes employees life a lot harder. Selling themselves as a regular start-up, but the amount of corporate bureaucracy they have is comparable to listed company. Micromanagement!! Management don't trust your work. Force people to go to office.
