You would not think with a minority CEO there would be an environment of racism and toxicity. But ever since leadership transferred into our BU this year, this has become the absolute worst place to work. Leadership and HR actively trying to protect the perpetrator while espousing a zero-tolerance policy. Avoid this place at all costs and if you work here, consider looking elsewhere asap.

Leadership has become sterile and weak and the stock price has been tanking in recent quarters. The CEO seems more interested in making decisions that save his own skin than helping the business perform. Within our Ziff Davis business unit, highly performant executives were suddenly removed and replaced by toxic individuals who are bullying and harassing employees. One executive appears to be protected and supported from right at the top of Ziff Davis. As a result, recent employee grievances and complaints have fallen on deaf ears as the management team seem incapable of doing the right thing by its employees and ultimately shareholders.
