      Once was great, now is a sinking ship

      Pros

      - A lot of cheerful employees in the virtual chat room to get food recommendation spots

      Cons

      - A lot of politics involved, very clicky. Staff gets promotions based on how close they are to people in position. - Underpaid from the market, pay increases are not given accordingly. - Benefits are very bad. - No 401K matching - Product lost its direction

      - Backed by a large mortgage lender (New American Funding) - Worked with some genuinely good people

      Cons

      - Promotions and raises seemed based on nepotism - The focus on culture seems to be lip service - Leadership has an extreme case of sunken cost fallacy - Poor/expensive benefits, below standard salary, no 401k matching
