      - small team, some very nice folks - you can majorly contribute and move things if you're up for it - you can learn a lot in the domain of fintech - product has very neat design - salary is ok

      Cons

      - team has little experience with strong opinions - whole upper management are siblings, little trust in anyone else - interview process - you'll be put trough a lot of strange questions

      Ziina is an intense environment when it comes to workload. The culture is very supportive if you want to grow but you have to be ready for a steep learning curve.
