I really enjoy working at Zilla Security. As a startup, there are always things to be done and things to be built. That said, the team is very solid and that comes from the top. The CEO understands the space, he listens to the team and he lets / expects his leaders to manage their lane.
Cons
All startups require a lot of work and this one is no different. The energy level is a little sleepier than I would like.
- The founders have a very clear vision of the space the product competes in, and constantly drive innovations that set the product apart. - Most people at Zilla came to the table with a ton of experience, which is crucial for a startup at this stage. - One of the strengths here is that departments/teams work really well together, and share the same goals.
Cons
- No fringe benefits yet (401k matching etc.), but that's to be expected at a company of this size/stage.
The founders of Zilla Security are the most experienced in the space with a proven track record, and are ready to revolutionize how organizations think about identity security.
The customers also partnering with Zilla Security also feel the same, with impressive logos and a base that is growing rapidly.
Cons
The company is growing and there is a lot of work to be done which requires Zilla Security employees to be disciplined about their daily activities and to frequently think if what they are working on is the best use of time for the company.
