      Pros

      Outlook of product if it succeeds is very good

      Cons

      Company has set up headquarters in the US but practices are very much Chinese. Lack of ethics in expectations. Expected to interview people just to get information on best practices, market, competition etc. without intention of hiring. Feel stifled.
