      Great place for the long run.

      Pros

      Good compensation and great benefits. Very flexible and casual work place. Working here is fun, most of the time (and depending on your role/team). The legacy-Telligent team members are AMAZING, but legacy-Zimbra team members are more difficult to work with.

      Cons

      Can be very frustrating, and difficult to get certain things done due to bottle-necking in management, and LOTS of budget constraints.

      Pros

      Nice office, with free snacks available. Friendly office environment.

      Cons

      Zimbra is not doing good business and is continuously in downward trend for many years now, hence cost cutting measures is a continuous activity. Higher management/sales team is not able to turn around the sales numbers giving pressure to each and every employee except for the entry levels who has very less salary.
