Pros
Hard working and dedicated teams. Good work life balance.
Cons
Do not honour contractual obligations and promises. Nepotism in resource allocation for tools of trade and benefits among departments which frustrates employees. No reward system for innovations by employees that improve overall organisational efficiency. No employee worker's committee (union). Very high turnover. Senior management insincere to the plight of non-management staff. No parking.
