Members health first but not your employees?
Pros
Work from home option is a perk.
Cons
This company is hypocritical and discriminate against the ill. I had to take my son to urgent care twice my first month of being an employee. I made up the time through out the week. The manager stated, "I'm concerned, you're too new to ask for time off." I am a single Hispanic mother and there was absolutely no empathy for the ill. In this age, who isn't getting sick? She micromanaged only me specifically and was condescending and fed HR lies. HR did not allow me to provide evidence I indeed DID do the reports accurately and in a timely fashion. I was undergoing treatment for a condition which would only perhaps be about a 3-4 month recovery; still capable of working. She was made aware as I wanted to be honest in case some days I am fatigued or lacked energy. This is an "at will" company so they can fire you at any time. You don't have the opportunity to provide evidence nor given a verbal or written warning. There are no job aids established and you will be reassigned over 200 members within your first 30 days and expected to read minds of expectations. Week 2 when the expectations were laid out and I exceeded, she accused me of forging my call report (who has access to do that) and didn't believe I conducted as many calls as I did. Management picks and chooses who to like.
