This is a company that don't know what they are doing. The boss is simply leveraging on govt grants for WSQ and SSG so he mainly hires elderly staff. The content that they create is very poor due to myopic direction and the refusal of the boss to believe that his methods are outdated. The boss don't even know how to operate half the equipment he bought. Management is in self-denial thinking that their direction is going to be well-received. A boss that don't practice what he preaches. A 5 year old company but the oldest standing employee was only 1 year in the job shows alot.
