Pros
You get rewarded with an slightly above average paycheck, with a helluva work to execute, basically there are no borderlines to what you may be doing.
Cons
The management were harsh, brutal, and unreasonable. Cultural-wise a very local and traditional Taiwanese company just like any other ones you can find out there. Restrictions like you can't use the internet even if its all dedicated to the work.
