-The business is run by intuition and emotion; no structure, process decision making. This causes confusion and inefficiency for all. Poor management of stock, I would not be surprised if Zinzane Amsterdam will close down its store at Kalverstraat in the next 6 months. -Everyone is offered a 0-hour contract with a promise of full-time work, but you might end up getting fired because the OWNERS do not like you or have changed their minds. You can be in as easily as you can be out without any feedback or warnings. This happened to multiple people!! -You're expected to work long hours, most people work 6 days a week. Poor facility for the staff; there is no coffee machine! The management team even sends people to work in the Amsterdam office without a proper work permit.
