      Good if you just want a summer job expect to be screwed over in a permanent job

      Pros

      Reasonable pay and lots of hours over summer in the outdoors and good team spirit. Plenty of training. Decent discounts and party at end.

      Cons

      Can’t have mobile on at all when working. Only high winds stop the ride so expect to get cold and wet. Once the customer numbers drop expect little hours or the boot. Contracts are ended and massively reduced with no warning. You can’t complain under two years and they know and will use every loop hole they can to screw you over.

      Fun place and nice people but not a job for the long haul. Too much in work politics and company not run well.

      Pros

      Get to meet loads of nice people and make food friends. Be out doors in the mountains. Get to go on the zip lines (at 3 sites) for free (but not in summer time).

      Cons

      Too much in work politics. Everyone tries to be the boss and run the place and it causes people to clash. Customers are very sexist and treat females like a piece of meat. Expect to bend over backwards for the company and get nothing in return. LONG STRESSFUL HOURS (12 hour shifts with 1 break at your work station). They keep making their own rules up and fire a lot of people randomly and make brash decisions. Management isn't the best and is not the best to help you with personal problems, they want you to come in to work and get on with it and go home.

      Pros

      - Great friendly staff - Fun job to work, pay isn't too bad for the industry either - On site Ops Managers were excellent

      Cons

      - Unreliable income due to weather - Upper management seem to only care for their profits, less about members of staff - Full contracts have a clause in that means you don't get your hours/pay if the weather cancels your contracted work
