Pros
Very good place to work, with a lot of good and engaged people. They have high quality standards and will help you whenever you need it. Very flexible working hours, the only thing you need is to show improvement and to reach your goals in the determined amount of time. They give you 15 PTO days, whenever you want to take them.
Cons
They have a high pace of development and sometimes it can be difficult for newcomers to get along with it. Also, since there are a lot of people from different places in the world, it can be difficult for some people to comunicate in live calls, or even do updates if your english is not so good, but eventually you can get better at it.
