      Pros

      Friendly staff , and you can learn alot because you are the only one to find out solution management dont care about an employee they think about their commission one sales.

      Cons

      Lack od leadership, Nepotisim, work place bullying , very unusual high turnover of layoff. Only two people run the show , CEO and CIO you can find him doing cleaning job and vaccume CEO office most of the time .

      Pros

      The only pro is the good hardworking people who make coming to this place bearable.

      Cons

      For a small company, everyone is a director or executive. Poor leadership decisions and treat their staff like crap. High staff turnover, broken processes, incompetent people making decisions and a toxic culture driven from the top. People shouldn’t dread coming to work.
