      Worked with and learnt from some great lads.

      Cons

      Poor working conditions. When I was working my notice I received passive aggressive and sarcastic communications from HR. Management behaved appallingly when I left and were extremely childish which is a real shame .

      -high turnover rate - They like to create hierarchy, awful work environment - Limited willingness to collaborate, people often exhibiting a "not my job" attitude - Poor business decisions, including reluctance to rehire a business director - Reliance on outdated data to support operations in an 'engineering' company

      Terrible management, toxic environment, plagued with unrealistic expectations, bullying harassment, sexism, threats and belittlement. People are seen as disposable utilities.
