Pros

1. Work and process is good 2. Work days are good, you get Sundays off but alternate saturdays working 3. Flexibility of work timings 4. Family like environment

Cons

1. Pay scale is very low 2. There is always a crunch for leaves 3. Salary is credited on 10th of every month 4. No hierarchy 5. No proper policies in place 6. No work culture 7. No festival holidays 8. You have to make expenses from your own pocket and the company would pay you even if it is for company expenses 9. Incorrect expectations set with the client which in turns creates issues while working 10. Employee feels like a slave as we have to agree to the client no matter if it is incorrect
