Pros

I have nothing positive to share. The disadvantages completely overshadow any small benefits. Avoid this place if you want to feel valued.

Cons

The pay is an insult. Employees are expected to shoulder brutal workloads that are overwhelming and unreasonable while receiving a fraction of what their effort deserves. Hard work is ignored, and dedication is met with indifference. The results is feeling invisible, undervalued, and exhausted every single day.

Pros

Some colleagues were genuinely collaborative and tried to help one another.

Cons

Direction changed rapidly and without warning. Tools meant to support the team were unreliable, updates arrived too late to be useful, and employees were often left to decipher incomplete instructions. Instead of building a stable workflow, leadership layered on more pressure without fixing the underlying issues. The constant back-and-forth made it difficult to stay productive, let alone motivated.
