Used to be pretty great. What made it a nice place to work is slowly draining away.

Flexible work environment. Great work life balance. Busy but not unmanageable work load. Average benefits. Decent amount of autonomy. Lovely co-workers.
Cons
No bonus structure. Below average salary. New ownership is sucking what was great about working at Hanley Wood (now Zonda) out of the place both from a cultural and professional standpoint. It feels like every employee is just a number meant to make the parent company money. The vibe of the place has been on a downward trend since the new ownership took over. It's just grim. Executive leadership has experience but 0 emotional intelligence or human skills. They've been letting go of the wrong people.
