Pros
everyone who works at Zooshoo is very kind, helpful, and wants each other to succeed. its a good place to launch your career if you are interested in the fashion industry or if you are looking for experience if you like learning many types of things and wearing many hats, you will enjoy working here. if not, you may get stressed out and overwhelmed good discount on merchandise
Cons
the pay is VERY low for industry standards no benefits for full time, salaried employees (health care, 401k, etc) pretty much no room for growth financially or position wise, unless you go from intern to employee you will have to work in the warehouse even if you are an office employee i would not recommend working here for longer than you need to

Pros
A great learning experience for your early career progressions. Flexibility is a strength. Open-door type of company where everyone shares a space, communication with the team is fairly easy; whether through digital channels or physical presence. Friendly atmosphere; where people are willing to kindly & patiently help one another.
Cons
Not much opportunity for financial growth nor much honest feedback was given during your progressive stages in this company. To say the least, it was quite the mission to even ask for proper growth; let alone even worth it the effort. Hopefully it's getting better after my leave.
