      Great Company, Owner, and Product!

      Pros

      Small company meant a lot of ideas could be implemented, lots of responsibility but not overwhelming. Flexible hours, group lunch every day, exceptional office views at a great location. Amazingly innovative product, and a great team overall.

      Cons

      Somewhat restricted office room (home-based offices), some issues with earlier version of product caused some client's concerns, intricate product to fully describe in words for non tech-savvy clientele.

      Pros

      Dog training. Getting to be around pups all day long. Clients are great and hours are reasonable.

      Cons

      The owner is horrible to work for. The pay isn't the best for the expectations he holds. You are not a manager, you are pretty much the owner but without any say.
