      Dogs! People who love dogs Fantastic team (depends on local leadership)

      Cons

      Corporate can be difficult and doesn’t really value team building. Very focused on maximizing revenue over investing in employees. If you have a good franchise owner who values employees and teamwork, you will love it. If not, get the experience they offer and move on. Short staffing High turnover because of low pay and trainer burnout

      Pros

      Not many pros. Bonding with the dogs and some of the owners was enjoyable. The puppy playgroups and private parties were enjoyable.

      Cons

      The owner. Rude to clients and staff. Talked behind clients' backs and dissed them and their dogs. Threw hissy fits like a child and had an all around bad environment to learn in.
