      Whosoever wants the zophop or chalo.com please don't make a decision for even their offer letter they will spoil your career growth

      On the name of management you will find CEO founder, co-founder, CPO but there is no any norms hypothesis based decision, no proper HR team will do joining formalities, no salary will be given on time on the name of high position you will be treated as office boy

      Zero competitive market Learning in good scale Opportunity to work along govt support

      Cons

      People are emotional, personal interference alot and over judgements. No reimbursements, no documentation. Monopoly is there. Freedom of work is zero.
