This organisation is full of CONS. 1. No time management 2. No plan 3. Worst management 4. Show- Off is the only thing that works 5. Trying to make the company a parent company even before it’s well established in itself. 6. 7 days of working 7. Be ready to receive a call any hour even in the night. 8. 4-5 hours of meetings, full of plannings but no way to execute. 9. They will ask you to send emails , Instagram Dms and even whatsapp the leads they get, with no botheration of your post. 10. They will never give you the salary on time and if you leave the organisation for this reason you won’t get it ever. 11. They will start targeting you if you’ll ask for the salary all over again. . Countless* CONS

- I had to give it a 1 star because there was nothing lower than that - No salary - They keep saying that it will be credited, but it will take an eternity, and then you lose patience. - Work-life balance - Forget about it, you might receive a call from the manager at 12 AM or in the morning at 6 AM, you never know. - No vision - No timelines - No plan for the product - They brag a lot, but those things can't be seen in their actions - They know how to make your life hell - Your ideas won't be appreciated or considered - They will make you feel inferior
