      A great product and remarkably, profitable.

      Cons

      Divisive, confrontational middle management. With a properly joined up and motivated team this could be such a nice place, oh, and sooo much more profitable.

      Pros

      Zotefoams is a really friendly company where all senior management including the executive team are very approachable and nice. I was given great opportunities with big responsibilities on the grad scheme, which helped me to develop a wide range of skills.

      Cons

      An improvement for the grad scheme could be company should include a structured future development plan for students, such as opportunities to study towards a professional degree, develop key work skills etc.

      * Growing fast so comes with many opportunities * Friendly work place, people are nice and willing to help * Plenty of travel opportunities = especially for sales * Great Salary * Small company so easy to learn a lot about business * World leader in what they do!
