The interview process was very clear and HR is very organized in providing you a clear overview of what to expect.
Cons
Interviews were not based on experience and culture, they required you to deep dive into strategy that required time and research, which is normal, but for them to expect a complete strategy reflecting all aspects of the org and a go-to-market... that's a professional consultation/ free round table meeting with c-suite.
-Poor leadership: they build what they want and have their mind set on instead of learning from others in the industry that they've hired
-Immense favoritism in the sales team. Hiring friends/old colleagues
-very high turnover, people are fired for looking at the leaders wrong (the smallest of things)
-No growth opportunities really
- low work life balance
-"unlimited" vacation that really isn't... Your time off is tracked like a hawk and you're expected to still be available when off
