      Zowork has one of the most positive and supportive work environments I’ve experienced. The CEO is approachable and genuinely cares about employees’ growth and well-being. Everyone here is humble, helpful, and collaborative, which makes everyday work enjoyable and motivating.

      Cons

      There’s no clear concept of promotions or individual achievement recognition. While I understand the intent to avoid creating a rat race, some form of recognition or performance-based reward could act as a strong motivation booster.
