      Nothing. Bad people, Bad quality products, bad customer services.

      Cons

      Company is making fool out of customers as well as its employees. Customers keep on waiting for 5-6 months for solar panel installation. You work for whole month, travel on your own expenses, and they hold your salary and travel reimbursements. Every month they hire and fire employees.
