- A lot of overtime without leave or financial compensation while earning a well below average salary. - discrimination based on race and gender makes it difficult to get technical experience, training opportunities and promotions/increases. - lack of accountability from graduates to leaders - knowledge and best practice silos still exist - lack of psychological safety and professionalism internally despite the image that is cultivated externally - rules are not applied equally to all employees - A large number of staff who are burnt out, depressed, experiencing anxiety and have resorted to quiet quitting due to the culture and working conditions. - High staff turnover due to low salaries, discrimination, and lack of technical and/or career growth.
